Southbourne was once a very busy little town, going through the years it did have quieter times, but just recently it has seen a swarm of visitors coming back and is now a busy, but still charming, place to visit.
Some other shops to mention that you will find are gift shops, card shops, a beautiful Italian Deli and of course numerous bars, restaurants and coffee shops. You can also grab any quick grocery necessities at the local Tesco high street shop.
An added benefit is that Southbourne beach is less than 500 metres away, giving you somewhere to go and take in the views whilst taking a break from the shops.
Once you have visited Southbourne Grove you can take a short stroll of 600 metres, to find the quirky Vintage Quarter at Pokesdown. You will find lots of interesting retro items and is certainly worth a visit if you have time.
